By placing an order with PremiumFollowers.io, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

You will only use the PremiumFollowers.io platform in a manner that follows the individual Terms of Service of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn, Threads and any other social media platform we serve.

Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

All our services are intended solely for personal and commercial promotion purposes.

To use our services, you must register an account with a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

PremiumFollowers.io provides a curated catalog of growth and engagement services for social media platforms, including followers, likes, views, comments, plays, and related services.

Each service in our catalog has declared specifications including volume, estimated delivery time, expected retention, and any technical requirements. It is your responsibility to read each service description carefully before placing an order.

Our catalog is structured in differentiated quality tiers (typically "Premium" and "Standard"), each with distinct pricing, retention, and characteristics clearly stated on each service page.

We reserve the right to substitute a service type for one of equivalent characteristics if necessary to complete an order.

PremiumFollowers.io operates on a prepaid balance model. Users deposit funds into their account and use the balance to place orders.

Minimum deposit is US$10. Deposits are credited once payment is confirmed by the corresponding processor.

Account balance is internal credit, exclusively usable to purchase services within the catalog. Balance does not generate interest, is not transferable between accounts, and is not convertible to cash or refundable to the original payment method, except as expressly stated in these terms.

Each service has an estimated delivery time stated on its catalog page. These are reasonable estimations based on standard operational conditions, not rigid contractual guarantees.

PremiumFollowers.io will not refund orders that are processing under the argument that delivery is taking too long, unless the declared estimated time has been significantly exceeded.

PremiumFollowers.io offers a contractual refill guarantee on eligible services, under the following conditions:

The refill guarantee covers replacement of dropped units (unfollows, removed likes, lost views, etc.) on services explicitly marked as "with refill" in the catalog, within the coverage period stated on each service page.

Services without explicit refill in their description are not eligible for replacement under any circumstance.

To request a refill, the user must contact support with the Order ID and, where applicable, the relevant evidence (screenshots, comparisons, or any data requested).

Once a complete request is received, PremiumFollowers.io has 24 business hours to execute the corresponding refill.

If the refill cannot be executed within 24 business hours, PremiumFollowers.io will credit the proportional value of the unfilled units to the user's account balance. This credit is issued exclusively to the internal account balance and never to the original payment method.

The refill guarantee does NOT apply in the following cases:

• Accounts set to private during or after delivery
• Changes in username, profile URL, or removal of the linked content
• Drops caused by sanctions, suspensions, or blocks imposed by social media platforms on the user's account
• Requests submitted outside the coverage period stated on the service page
• Services explicitly marked as "no refill" in the catalog

All refunds covered by these terms are credited exclusively to the user's account balance. PremiumFollowers.io does not issue refunds to the original payment method, credit/debit cards, or external wallets under any circumstance.

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from PremiumFollowers.io.

Misplaced, private account, or incorrectly placed orders will not qualify for a refund. Confirm each and every order before placing it.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to immediate account termination. There are no exceptions.

Do not use more than one provider at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes count in that case, and we will not refund those orders.

Services cannot be delivered on private accounts or accounts with visibility restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure the target account is public when placing an order and during the delivery period.

We will not deliver services on profiles, posts, or content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or social media platform policies. Specifically, we reject orders linked to:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or minor-related content
• Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related content
• Any other content we deem inappropriate or risky

You will not upload to PremiumFollowers.io any content including nudity or material that is not accepted by the social media communities we serve.

PremiumFollowers.io will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

PremiumFollowers.io is in no way liable for any account suspension, content deletion, algorithmic penalty, visibility restriction, or any other action taken by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify, LinkedIn, Threads, or other social media platforms on your profiles, posts, or content.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

PremiumFollowers.io offers an affiliate program through which participants can earn commissions for referring new users to the platform.

Affiliates earn a 15% lifetime commission on all top-ups made by referred users through their unique affiliate link, for the entire active relationship between the referred user and the platform.

Minimum withdrawal threshold is US$30 in accumulated commission. Balances below that threshold remain accumulated until the minimum is reached.

Commission payments are made through methods enabled by PremiumFollowers.io at the time of the request, including primarily USD payments via stablecoins (USDT/USDC) and other channels announced in due time.

The following practices are strictly prohibited for affiliates:

• Self-referral or referral of accounts operated by the same affiliate
• Spam, deceptive advertising, or unsolicited promotion
• False or exaggerated claims about our services
• Unauthorized use of the PremiumFollowers.io brand

Breach of these rules will result in suspension of the affiliate account, retention of pending commissions, and may lead to legal action where applicable.

Any malicious or abusive actions can cause your account with us to be suspended. Before suspension, users will be given time to use their remaining balance.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Impersonating third parties or providing false information
• Using unauthorized or stolen payment methods
• Attempting to compromise platform security
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass suspensions

PremiumFollowers.io reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel a user account in cases of:

• Serious or repeated breach of these terms
• Fraudulent, improper, or illegal use of the platform
• Initiation of unauthorized disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals
• Conduct harmful to the brand, employees, suppliers, or user community

PremiumFollowers.io collects only the data necessary for the provision of the service, including email address, username, transaction data, IP address, and basic browser/device information.

Collected data is used exclusively for: user identification, order processing, payment execution, support delivery, account-related operational communications, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with third parties when: (i) strictly necessary for service provision (payment processors, technical infrastructure), (ii) required by competent authority under applicable law, or (iii) the user has given express consent.

Users may exercise rights of access, rectification, update, opposition, and deletion of their personal data by contacting us through official channels.

The platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper functionality, remember user preferences, manage login sessions, register affiliate referrals, and analyze aggregated site usage for statistical purposes.

You can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies, with the understanding that this may affect the availability of certain platform features.

We adhere to the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines for advertising and transparency. We do not support or encourage misleading or deceptive practices, including the misrepresentation of purchased followers, likes, or views as organic engagement.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these guidelines and not to engage in any deceptive practices, including misrepresenting artificial engagement as genuine.

PremiumFollowers.io reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website, without individual notification to users.

It is your responsibility to periodically review the current terms. Continued use of the platform after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
